Our standard conditions are that a non refundable 25% deposit to be paid to confirm acceptance of quote and to confirm booking. Balance is to be paid 7 days before commencement of holiday. The deposit will refunded if after cancellation we are able to re-let the property for the corresponding dates. One night bookings are not available on weekends.

Payment can be paid via telephone credit card payment, a direct deposit to bank account or via Paypal.
